Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Marketer.
• Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies.
• Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
• Develop eye-catching designs for promotional campaigns.
• Assist in supporting the branches with marketing materials.
• Collaborate on content creation for social media platforms.
• Manage the social media platforms.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Experience in a marketing environment.
• Creative flair and a passion for marketing.
• Proficient in graphic design tools. (Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Thrive under pressure with impeccable attention to detail.
• Reliable with excellent time management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.

Minimum requirements for this position:
• Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 23 points.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own transportation.
• Namibian citizenship.
